Subject	Take parts off the car before painting??

Message	I am looking at getting my car painted in the next couple of months and I had a few questions. I have new unpainted: 99' Fascia, Stillen side skirts and door fillers, Stillen rear valance, and Wings West urethane spoiler (like the old Stillen one that is flushmount 90-93 style with NA TBL). Should I mount these on the car to have them painted, or carry them there unmounted? Also, should the front fenders be removed or left on? I am repainting the car Aztec red so I am not changing colors. I will also be removing the headlights, tails (since I am upgrading to JSPEC's after painting), and the moulding to be replaced by KarumaZ. Is there anything else I should look at removing or will they tape off the rest without problems? Finally, can anyone give me an idea if the $3,000 I am budgeting for this is going to be enough for a good paint job, or should I wait a bit longer and save a bit more? Thanks for any help.
